A single machine is always disconnected, which can be solved from the following aspects:

1. Touch the spinning shuttle by hand, there are no burrs, and the spinning shuttle should be replaced with burrs.

2, see the depth of the needle position, the rotating spindle position is not moved, the machine to 196 degrees, open the needle board, the needle down, look at the position, the lower end of the needle hole from the tip of the rotating spindle must have a distance of 1.5 to 2 mm or so, and the rotating spindle tip must be a straight line with the needle, the back plane of the needle and the rotating spindle tip to maintain a hair distance, if not up to standard, need to adjust.

3, see whether the needle board empty burrs, if you can use sandpaper to smooth.
